Yoga

Yoga is practiced worldwide for its numerous health benefits, including stress reduction, improved posture, and enhanced mental focus, to name a few. But Yoga is not just a physical exercise. To many people's surprise, yoga is an entire healing system that emphasizes self-awareness, mindfulness, and connection to your inner self.


What I love about yoga the most is that my practice is always there to meet me where I am and also to push me forward along in my journey. I can show up as I am to mat or my journal, and settle in my own self love and acceptance. My practice flows with me as I flow through life.
